Warranty Policy

Hey, our Warranty Policy is simple. All electric scooters come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing faults.

If any issue occurs within the warranty period, please email us as soon as possible using the order number and tracking details provided after purchase. You must include a clear video showing the faulty, damaged, burnt, or non-working part of the scooter, with the issue clearly explained in the video. This allows us to confirm the issue with the manufacturer.

Once approved, the replacement part will be sent to our warehouse in Sydney, and then shipped to you. The usual processing and delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on availability and shipping times.

We aim to dispatch replacement parts as quickly as possible once your claim is confirmed.
